I always bring my Chevy truck to the Auto Nation for service. There was a recall for the roof rail that was fixed at no charge. They had a couple specials that saved me some money which is always helpful in these times. I had an oil change, inspection for my up coming tags, and half price on a set of wiper blades and an alignment. They even washed my truck! I was given a ride home because the recall could take a few hours and when my truck was ready I was picked up and brought back to the Chevy house. I've bought all my Chevy trucks over the years from Auto Nation and even as far back as when they were called Plains Chevrolet and I've always gotten a really nice truck and each new truck had more "bells and whistles" than the last. Your service people are the best and the service I get is always the best. If anyone asks me where I got my truck I always tell them AutoNation. Don't go anywhere else.

I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. After waiting for 2 hours, paid $97, just to find out they in fact did not rotate my tires as they claimed and I was charged for it. I had to return the next day to have them rotate my tires which took another 45 minutes out of my schedule and they gave me $25 off of my next visit, which in my opinion does not excuse the fact that I was lied to and scammed. Makes me wonder how many others have fallen victim to this. The people were nice but I will not be returning and do not trust this particular Chevrolet service center.

I called first and was able to get right in. The techs were knowledgeable about my truck and Casandra was extremely helpful. I’ll recommend auto nation service every time R

I went there because AAA had discount for oil change and the service was great the 2 people at service desk were so nice .really helped alot would go back even without discount

The salesman Bobby(Bibby) helped us find exactly what we were looking for. Even went the extra mile to call us and let us know he had exactly what we were looking for.

Everything they were very good at making me feel at ease about a new vehicle.

AutoNatiion Chevrolet is a great place to service all my vehicles very kind service, clean waiting room with Coffee or water, and they services my vehicle quickly they even recommended best services for my miles and type of weather to keep me safe on the road I definitely recommend AutoNation for all I know they could have saved my life from any problem in the future. Once we made the decision to purchase, the transaction was smooth and fairly quick. We're very happy with the vehicle we purchased. We appreciate all folks that helped us at Auto-nation East. We most certainly would buy another vehicle there.
