Confirmed Service Customer
Your service writer came to our vehicle the first day we arrived. She asked what the vehicle problem was and immediately scanned for codes which I have never experienced in Canada before. She then proceeded to say that all the technicians were busy for the day being late afternoon and they could accommodate us first thing in the morning in a polite manner. She offered us a hotel with a discount rate on there recommendation and booked us first thing in the morning. Whilst getting there in the morning and being greeted to a friendly smiling face was fantastic. The service was quick and understandable for the problems we had. She kept us informed regularly and made us aware of problems that technicians were having diagnosing our vehicle. She also checked for parts,let us know total billing amounts and got us up and running as she informed us on the previous day.
