I would’ve gave a five star, but it took way too long. The last time I came in for an oil change and tires rotation it took about an hour. This trip took three hours. I did the same service and had a tire sensor not working so they replaced it. That shouldn’t have added two extra hours to the service appointment. I also came at eight in the morning instead of the afternoon so I can get in and get out cause I had other errands and things to do. Normally, I give the service department five stars all the time over the last few years but today I was highly disappointed. It seems they wasted half my day and they weren’t in any hurry to get the service complete completed.
