Thee reps are salesman. They try and sale you unnecessary stuff. Thee technician's work was sloppy. He left a bolt loose, lost one of my screws to my air filter cover, and also lost the cap to my windshield wiper fluid without putting a replacement and then tried blaming me, saying it didn't have one. If that was the case, he didn't notify me, but sent my truck out with no cap. I brought the code that was sent by my GMC app for check engine. They sold me a battery and said it cleared the check engine light. She stated if that wasn't the cause, it would a few cycles of turning my truck on to show back up. It came up when I started my truck when I picked it up. I will not be a returning customer
