Rocio went above and beyond to try and help oir situation. I scheduled an appt about a month prior wasninformed it would only take a day for diagnostic testing. We got to Amarillo, we live two hours away, and was informed three technicians had recently quit. We woild need to leave the vehicle an estimated time of possibly two weeks. Rocio called the rental company on my behalf, but there was nothing available. We keft the teuck on a Monday, it was ready the next week on a Tuesday. I had prior obligations and could not make it and my ride cancelled thay day. Rocio was ready to drive 2 hours to come and pick me up! She did her best! I let her know we would be there Saturday, however, My husband was able to take me on Wednesday. It was a bit stressful to not have a car rental place in our town, but we managed. Thank you Rocio!
