Confirmed Service Customer
I'm waiting to see, because initially the response was the worst - unacceptable solutions. After a lot of talk with the service manager, I was finally told there were some recall items that needed to be fixed. This was never brought up in any conversations before - only after 15 minutes of me saying the answers were unacceptable. I'm holding out hope that they will do better when I take it back in. And the vehicle had a dead battery AGAIN two days after I left the shop.
