Confirmed Service Customer
I'm frustrated beyond measure. I picked up my vehicle from the dealership on Friday, Feb. 16. I drove it on Saturday and Sunday. This Thursday, Feb. 22, I went out to drive it and it is dead again. I've asked repeatedly that the battery, which has been drained as many as 8-10 times completely due to the ongoing issue, be replaced, only to be told it doesn't test bad so they cannot do it. Either my vehicle and it's issue is not being fixed, or the battery needs to be replaced. Again, I have sent this vehicle to the shop three times, they've had it multiple weeks, and I'm still having the same problem. Unacceptable.
